Let's talk about how we can make Superior your new home.
Just 15 years ago, Superior was a picturesque farming and ranching community with 200 to 300 people. Now, the population is closer to 14,000 thanks to Superior’s ideal location 23 miles northwest of Denver, 8 miles southeast of Boulder, and 80 miles from some of the best skiing in Colorado. The Town of Superior is widely recognized for its rapid development over the last few years making it a great investment for its residents or buyers searching for Superior houses for sale.

Superior has seen some of the strongest economic growth in the state. With many high-tech companies relocating to the Denver/Boulder metro area, Superior boasts one of the lowest unemployment rates in the state at 3.4%. Convenient access to these jobs without the negatives of the busy downtown Denver/Boulder areas makes Superior a highly desired place to live for these professionals.

“With an overabundance of things to do, a Superior resident will never be bored. Just head out the door to experience something new every day!”
'I've been living in Superior for 3 1/2 years and have loved it! Everything you need, whether it be the grocery store, starbucks, walmart, high quality restaurants, movie theaters, malls, is within walking distance. Mountain biking trails are abundant with the closest one being 10 minutes away. It is certainly not the most expensive place to live in Colorado, which is Vail, but you do have to make more than $50,000 to live comfortably here. If you have the money, it's a great place to rent or buy.'
'Superior is quaint small-town America that everyone dreams of loving in! I have lived here for 5 years and the community is family-friendly and extremely welcoming. The public schools are amazing and the commute into Denver and Boulder is a breeze.'
Superior residents are among the healthiest and most active of the entire state. The abundance of outdoor recreation and exercise opportunities keeps them active and in shape but also the access to multiple farmers markets and organic food markets, the health conscious will love this city and you will too.
